The Cuillo Centre for the Arts was born out of the renovation of a late 1940's motion picture theater in West Palm Beach, Florida. Artec originally worked with the owner, the Burt Reynolds Institute for Theatre Training, to develop the renovation plans. The Cuillo Centre is now an independent organization.

The 370-seat theater venue in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach is able to accommodate variety of performances including many new works, American premieres, and plays on their way to, or from Broadway. The theater also hosts concerts, lectures/readings, dance performances, and special events. The Centre is also available for rentals, meetings, and modest presentations.

The Cuillo Centre contains a thrust stage theater, dressing rooms and administration offices. The theater is equipped with a network of catwalks to support flexibility for a variety of lighting and rigging settings. A steeply raked floor provides an excellent view of the thrust stage from every angle. The overall seating configuration emphasizes excellent site lines, which contributes to a warm and intimate atmosphere within the theater. Acoustical controls for the room include acoustical curtains and banners, which can be deployed to absorb some of the reverberant energy, creating a more "dry" sound environment.
