Recycled newspaper mannequin art

I recently purchased a $3000 piece of art made from recycled newspaper. I bought this from a store in downtown Clematis. I was wondering if anyone could give me more information about this piece. Such as what is the store name and contact info I bought this from and who is the artist?

There are a few galleries on Clematis and in downtown WPB. It could have been the City Art Gallery or the Legacy Art Gallery which are both on Clematis Street. There is also a new store called This 'n That which has an eclectic mix of art, furnishings, knick knacks, etc. Do any of these sound familiar?
