What is there to do on New Year's eve?

I live here in WPB Recently Divorced and now find myself alone. What outdoors celebrations are there for NY's eve?

If you are near downtown/Clematis Street, read the following by the Downtown Development Authority for all the happenings:

Particularly note the 500 Clematis block party which is free outdoor entertainment. I also believe that fireworks are set to go off at midnight by Flagler (Intracoastal).
