Fishing update! Right now we're primarily catching mutton snapper - which is excellent for cooking. Dolphin are started to show up. For those who don't know, all of these fish can be caught year round: grouper, king fish (best in winter & spring, so a bit scarce right now) and yellowtail snapper.
These fish are being caught just outside the Lake Worth Inlet (the inlet between Palm Beach & Singer Island) between 1 -3 miles offshore. Exactly where they go depends on a few factors such as current, winds, etc. :cool:
