This Halloween, Mia the Manatee is inviting families to join her for Manatee Lagoon’s annual Spooktacular Halloween Party! Stop by Saturday, October 26, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., for a fun-filled adventure with Mia and her friends.
